Model S is often used for mixed driving where the line between representation and private is worth marking clearly. Skatteverket requires the same as any car: date, time, odometer, start, end, purpose and driver for every trip. The difference is there are more trips to categorise.

My Model S is from 2014 with the old MCU1. Does it work?
What we need is for the car to report into your Tesla account. Model S with MCU1 from 2014 to 2017 has limited telemetry. We recommend Model S from 2018 onwards for full coverage.
I have a Model S Plaid. How is it logged?
Just like any Model S. The telemetry is the same. Fast acceleration changes nothing for the log, just how quickly you arrive.
I use Model S for representation. How is that classified?
Representation is business when it is for a clear business purpose. You set a rule classifying trips to restaurants and conference zones as business, or mark them manually with a purpose.
What about long European holiday trips?
The car logs every trip locally and syncs when signal returns. You classify the whole chain as private on Sunday, and the log stays correct.
How often do I have to review trips?
Once a week is enough, usually Sunday evening. You see what was logged, classify what needs classifying, and finish in ten minutes.
